Anat Basanta

Anat Basanta makes her home in Vancouver, British Columbia.  Basanta’s jewelry is known for its fine workmanship and technical mastery, which are melded with traditional technology, resulting in a clean contemporary style.  To her credit, Basanta has had  exhibitions at museums and  exclusive galleries throughout Israel; as well as being shown through Celebrations-The Jewish Museum design Shop in New York, and the new Jewish Museum shop in Berlin.  Basanta was a winner of the Public Art Competition in Whistler BC.  Basanta’s work was purchased for the private collections of  the late Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and Mrs. Rabin, who selected Basanta designs as gifts to foreign heads of state.
